I really like one as big colorful series but in wall hanging model. (2 lines with 3-4 rows)

In very simple design I feel stunning with his clam of modern design talent.

That will be complete the empty space. Can you feel it?

Judd's aquatint on paper work in limited number with Judd pencil signed will available at

"Seasons of living" Bangkok in next 2 months. Will go there to see real one for sure.

This is one of American modern icon with wooden look that I like.

It's fit to any kind of space and looking good when use it or not.

Made by plywood with canvas between the curly sections.

Came out with different kinds of wood as light ash, walnut, cherry and ebony.

This Cherry with black canvas by Herman Miller... coming soon from other parts of the world~

And also looking for black ebony with gold canvas.. it's very nice!

It's good to put some nature near the human in appropriately. That's the way we live, not all plastic things.

Roger Tallon : One of my favorite designer in aluminum and stainless steel material design in 70's, Good combination of aluminum with latex foam. Latex foam?~...look like some material in guitar case,or the safety package when you brought some electronic things, something like that...

It become one of my wish dining set.

There're many types of chairs and quite rare for all of them.

One thing that I really love of Roger Tallon work is Helicoid Staircase produced in a small

edition by Gallery Lacloche. Of course... it's expensive.

But worthwhile to pay if we got some good deal.

Winter coming early in Bangkok... 32˚c at day and about 22˚c at night. Cool weather here.

But yesterday is Thailand "Loy KraThong" day,

(Full moon of the 12th month in the traditional Thai lunar calendar)

We went to Benjasiri Park beside the Emporium shopping complex. Don't have time to go to the river but in the park is romantic moment also.

This is "KraThong" "Loy" is mean "to float"

We do it for respect the goddess of river and float the bad thing away.

But don't for get to make a wish~ before Loy KraThong.... ;)

I like the science fiction and wonder how they created the design imagination of character, atmosphere things and story.

Oscar Niemeyer is a Brazilian architecture who is one of the most important names in international modern architecture. His building look like a spaceship terminal with inspired from the simple form. But now this man is 100 years old... He's a genius symbol! Don't you think?

Niemeyer also do in furniture works and it was hit me the point. Very appreciate the simple work of Club Chairs by him. It's look very modern style even though it was made in 70s!

Chrome case with leather seat look very luxury and surely suit for the modern loft home.

Now price are very expensive in worldwide market and over price in big auction house.

But not for local use I guess.. So we have to keep searching from foreign brother and friend.

One of my most wanted iconic chair from 80's "How High The Moon" armchair designed by Shiro Kuramata 1986 for Vitra. Look luxury in contemporary way. Very simple design in one material. Constructed entirely of steel mesh, with no interior frame or support, the design provides the outline of a chair without any of its traditional structure. We can buy brandnew from Vitra.

Also have sofa version.. but very rare and extremely expensive. One of "How High The Moon" Sofa now ready for auction at Connect-Auction Japan in 2 NOV 2008.

Price start around $53,600 so crazy....

: Meet the Bad Tempered :

Last weekend, I went to see the real Bad Tempered designed by Ron Arad for Vitra.

The material is so amazing.. 4 rolls of blue carbon kevlar.

I'm feel little bit floating and quiet uncomfortable like some website said when I sitting on it.

But I think it would be great If I treat it as a modern contemporary sculpture.

Now still make decision,

This's a good idea to get one of them? (Now retail price around $11,000.. so crazy)

Sometime it's good to have some of contemporary piece in the house not pure vintage style.

Keep mix and match is the best way I think.

Verner Panton Ring Lamp made by Louis poulsen 1970,

Ring lamp originate as part of the Visiona installation and is a modular lighting element for wall or celling. Panton liked to use this lamp on a large scale and created impressive lighting effect with it, but used individually or in small groups the Ring Lamp also developed a strong presence in the room.

For me it's really small tiny groups haha...

The real one is quite big (62.5 cm x 62.5 cm x 21.5 cm). I like the way that Panton hide the light blub in this ring... Awesome.

Purple one will arrive tomorrow...

This is the entrance door at Panton's private house in Basel Binningen.

If you want your entrance door like this I think it might be use around 100 Ring lamps!!

So you can buy it brandnew at Vitra shop, it's would be around 800-900 euro per 1 lamp!

Colombo One and Colombo Two - Both are the work of ChauhanStudio and will be in the shops from March. The designs (as the name suggest) are inspired by the work of Italian space age designer Joe Colombo. - there's even a 'Boby Trolley' colour scheme for one of the handsets.

The Colombo one (the red one) which is a more angled headset with a flat base, the Colombo Two is similar, but with a more upright shape. Both will sell for around 40 uk pound.

Day 1 : Arrived at Hanoi and go to the hotel. then find something eat.

Have no idea what they call for our dinner... but good taste.

Day 2 : Walking around Hanoi City, many many motorcycle with extremely annoyed sound.

We try some kind of noodle call "Pho" at the side street.

7:20 pm. Go to the rail station to get the sleeping train to "HUE" city.

very small sleeping space. take about 13 hours to arrived at Hue. damm..

Day 3 : Arrived at Hue in the morning. we find the hotel and then rent the motorcycle and drive around the city.

Stop at Hue for 2 nights. and go to "Hoi an" city by sleeping bus.

Day 4 : Arrived at Hoi-an about 6pm by sleeping bus, find the hotel, rent bicycle and survey

around the city.There's lovely small city.

We always drink local beer every night at nice place we found.

Stop at Hoi-an for 2 nights, then back to Ha-noi city by plane. (It's take only 1 hour)

Day 6 : One day trip to "Halong-Bay" at the morning and back in evening. There's beautiful place many tourist but I think Thailand sea scape is better.

Day 7 : Walking and shopping around Hanoi city. then go to airport at 8pm - arrived in bangkok at 11pm. ahh... nice trip.

Little bit hard work. Because the plastic is very thin and easy to break.

May be I've to lose a Harvey Guzzini decal after the color process.

"Sunball" very huge outdoor sofa designed by Herbert Selldorf & Gunter Ris is available in Thailand!

They explain in Thai classic language I don't know how to explain if you not Thai It's about...

It's a very beautiful sofa suit your garden or beside of your swimming pool. You can sitting in it when rain come, but rain can't get inside(??) You can make and order in that time for a good price(But for rich people). Anyway I don't know how much of sunball at that time.

May be some one brought it and put in the outdoor garden somewhere in thailand.

....Can I spy with google earth? haha

Today I'm went to pick up "Acrilica" table lamp at Premio lamps shop on Sukhumvit Rd. There also have one Egg chair with ottoman and two Swan chairs in black leather by Arne Jacobsen.

When arrived home, Very beautiful when turn it on in the dark room. I've to very take care of it because it's very easy to get some scratch on acrylic skin.

Many of Weltron UFO turntable has missing lid or broken. Because the low quality of the plastic in 70s and it's have only 3 little lock nuts at the hinge that very high risk to damage.

Just brought it for spare part. It's a reproduction lid in very good quality and detail made from a guy in australia. This one waiting for 6 months.

Weltron model 2001 in yellow with original box from 1970s!

I've to wrap the box for keep it still in good condition.

It's still in very very good condition in bright shine yellow color no mark or scratch with pair of Weltron 2003 speakers in matching color. All of Weltron portable series also came with original instruction manuals too. But I'm so lazy to take some picture of them.

So I got model 2001 in yellow

model 2004 in orange

model 2010 in white

that's all enough.. :)

Orange Weltron model 2004 or GEC 2004, (GEC is under brand Weltron but only on sale in Australia) with pair of Weltron model 2003 speakers. Orange is rarest color than white and yellow.

Last month.. I found orange set in eBay. It's got highest end of auction prices that I never seen high bid on this set like this before. about $2125 !! I've to keep it and use it when I'm broke.

But Thank god it's monday...

Right : Weltron 2007 with Weltron 3006 speakers, weltron 2007 have a cassettes player at the front. 3006 external floor speakers is sell only in japan. The tulip stand is Japan version. Overall is a original japan version.

Left : When open the plastic lid...Vintage automatic phonograph with 3 speeds 33,45,78 rpm

Right : When the power is on, Light up the radio dial.. very fantastic designed from 70s

8 tracks tape... Do you like rock? no.. I'm prefer d.i.s.c.o!

From BFS Cargo Suvarnabhumi Airport. Spend about 6 hours for customs processing and about 10 document check points for get the parcel out.(what a complicate customs in THA?!?)

Unfortunately.. have some crack at the tape deck point during shipping. that make some scratch line to the plastic dome. I'll fix it and post the complete condition later.

Shipping is delay for 3 days because some mistake from the Germany courier. This Vision 2000 out from Germany to Finland(Finair service) then go to HongKong then go to Bangkok but missing cargo. It's back to Finland and back directly to Bangkok. woww...

According to Herbert Selldorf only 30 were ever produced.
